  • 11:30am Chair Yoga with Katharine

    Chair Yoga will help you modify general yoga poses so that they can be done while seated in a chair. These modifications make yoga accessible to people who have various physical limitations, or those who find other types of yoga classes too challenging.

    Beat Monday blues with this practical and dynamic yoga class for men. This men’s community class is a great way to build strength in a new way whilst actively improving your mobility to speed up muscular recovery and relieve stress. This class is accessible to all levels.

Tuesday

  • 10am Classical Vinyasa with Sonja

    An invitation to slow down and be present whilst moving your breath and body in ways that deeply nourish all parts of you. Set to beautiful music, this class recognises the cadence of seasonal and lunar rhythms within us, whilst supporting a mindset of loving kindness, compassion, joy & equanimity.

  • 5pm Yoga Core with Ali

    This class will take you on a progressive journey into getting stronger, more toned and confident in your body with a 45 minute Vinyasa flow designed to build strength and stamina. If you have practiced yoga before, want a challenge and would like to explore advanced yoga asanas, this class is for you.

  • 6:15pm Beginners Yoga with Lovisa

    A little nervous about starting Yoga? All our teachers were once beginners too so we know that feeling. Feel comfortable and confident exploring yoga for the first time. Although all of our classes are suitable for beginners, you may find more peace of mind starting with our Beginners Yoga Class.

  • 7:30pm Empower Vinyasa with Lillie

    A blend of breath connection, flowing movement and relaxation. Connect deep with your body and find appreciation for your body. ;Leave feeling a great release with a renewed sense of energy. Enjoy a temple massage in the relaxation part of this class. Excluded from Healing Haven Class Passes.

  • 6:15pm Flow Pilates with Katie

    Catch Katie in the evening on Wednesdays too. Improve your physical and mental health. Pilates is a form of exercise which concentrates on strengthening the body with an emphasis on core strength. Pilates concentrates on posture, balance and flexibility.

  • 7:30pm Mandala Flow + Soundscape with Lillie

    This class is established on the four elements that bring connection between you and each of the Elements in the Universe. You will explore through movement and breath. The class will close with a soundscape to clear and charge through healing frequencies.

Thursday

  • 9:30am Midlife + Beyond Yoga with Mirja

    You may not be young but if you are still active and like to challenge yourself, learn more about ageing, get to know and love your body, then this class is ideally suited for you. Explore traditional Hatha and Vinyasa yoga, classic poses and breath. You’ll be guided to deepen your practice just the right amount for you to leave the class feeling great.

  • 11am Mamma + Baby Yoga with Dulcie

    Connect with a wonderful group of other Mammas and babies, enjoy a nourishing 75 minutes of stretch, relaxation and connection with your baby! Safe exercise and perfect for those new to Yoga and well practiced Yogis! We’ve got you Mamma!

  • 6:15pm Vinyasa Flow with Sarah

    This will be a flowing class harmonising breathe and movement that will build the correct alignment with balance, strengthen and flexibility whilst rebalancing your body and mind. The sessions will also help to alleviate anxiety, overwhelm, insomnia and fatigue. All levels are welcome beginner or experienced.

  • 9:15am Barre with Sarah

    This class is a cardio workout that helps to sculpt, strengthen and tone the whole body, triggering hard to work muscles that you didn’t know you had! Performing sequences combining a mix of dance, pilates and yoga to upbeat music to guarantee the room is filled with fun and can-do vibes. All are welcome, no dance experience needed.

    Chill out with this wind down for the weekend flow. Start with gentle flow and breath connection, moving into yin and a deep relaxation with an optional temple massage at the end. You will use bolsters to support your practice to find muscular release and restoration for both mind and body.

    Welcome the weekend with a mix of pranayama, a vinyasa flow mix and some meditation. The class is a nice mix of holds and flows, perfect for beginners or those who practise regularly. Finished off with a guided visualisation in savasana. Ali’s classes are light-hearted and welcome to all.
