  • All of our classes are designed to suit everybody’s needs - so it doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner or practice daily. However, if you are feeling nervous and want to break in gently, start with the Slow Pillow Flow. Explore our full range of classes by clicking here

  • We feel that it is important to wear something comfortable as what we wear can distract us. Since we have a ‘no shoe’ policy in the studio, we also recommend you bring a warm, cosy pair of socks, if you like. Feel free to go barefoot too.

  • Nope! Just bring yourself! We have yoga mats and everything that you will need. You may wish to bring some fluffy socks, a water bottle and your Healing Haven Lavender Eye Pillow - Get yours here

  • Classes start as promptly as possible, so we recommend you arrive about 10 minutes before your class is due to start. We’d love for you to enjoy the space, have a cup of herbal tea, read a book from our little library, or browse our eco-wellness store whilst you wait.

  • Being an eco-conscious studio, we encourage our students to walk or cycle where possible. There is a Beryl bike parking plot outside our studio. But if you need to drive to the studio, please park on the surrounding residential roads, after 6pm you can park right outside the studio.

  • Please respect we are a small independent yoga wellness space and in order for us to thrive, we know you will adhere to the cancellation policy.

    You can cancel your class via your confirmation email up to 4 hours in advance, this provides enough time for someone else to book the class.

    Please note that you are not automatically refunded or credited when you cancel a class and should try to reschedule first of all. If you are unsure of when you can book again please contact us at hello@healinghavenpoole.com so we can help you further and issue you a refund if within our terms.

    You may only reschedule your class 3 weeks in a row which we believe to be sufficient enough, thereafter you will receive a cancellation email and you will have to re-book.

    Any cancellations made within the times stated above OR if you don’t show up you will not be credited or refunded.

    This applies to both pay as you go and class passes.

    If a class is cancelled by Healing Haven for any reason, we will notify you by email and send you a free single class pass.
