Meet Lovisa

I have always been a seeker. Growing up in a small part of Sweden, you would always find me looking through my Mum’s photo albums travelling the world. So fascinated by what more there was out there.  Travelling has taught me so much, but what has taught me the most, is yoga. Everything that I was always looking for, I know now is already inside of me.

To be honest with you, the first time I tried yoga I didn’t like it at all. I was 16, very confused and restless, but for some reason yoga always found it’s way back in to my life.  What I want to say is, just because you don’t like something the first time, it doesn’t mean it’s not for you. That’s the beauty of yoga, there is so many ways of practicing and I strongly believe you will find yours, eventually.

I went to Chiang Mai, Thailand, to complete my teacher training and I am qualified in Hatha, Vinyasa and Bhakti. I’m hoping to give you that space where you feel supported to come and explore together.

“Yoga is not about touching your toes, it is what you learn on the way down.”
