Meet Lillie

I know first hand just how important it is to nurture yourself because I was once in a bad and dark place myself. I struggled for years with depression, anxiety and eating disorders. When I look back now, I am so fortunate because the dark times I went through encouraged me to explore self-love and yoga. I am your living proof that you can turn your life around, you can live happily and in acceptance of yourself, you can feel confident and fulfilled, no matter where you have been previous to this moment, you are here reading this for a reason.

I am driven and dedicated to help you see just how yoga and mindfulness can change your life. I trained as a counsellor and hypnotherapist, then decided to travel India in the hopes I would go into practice as a counsellor when I returned home. On my travels, I completed my Yoga Teacher Training and when I took my teachers exams, I felt so at home, my soul was home. I began teaching classes as soon as I got home from my travels and 4 years on I have never looked back and every class I teach, I still feel that complete wholeness I felt at the very moment I became a teacher.

I love meeting you all, providing you with a safe space to practice yoga, to be human and to gently connect with the wonderful person you are.

You can enjoy Lillie’s weekly yoga and barre classes. Lillie gives you the opportunity to dive deeper into your mindful practices with monthly sound baths, retreats and mindset coaching sessions.

Empower Vinyasa Tuesdays at 7:15pm until 8:15pm

This class provides a blend of breath connection, flowing movement and relaxation. Lillie encourages a fun-filled environment for you to explore your yoga practice without any demands or expectations. This class allows you to connect deep with your body and find appreciation for your body. You will leave feeling a great release with a renewed sense of energy. You will also enjoy a temple massage in the relaxation part of this class.

Mandala Flow + Soundscape Wednesdays 7:30pm until 8:45pm

Mandala Vinyasa is a practice that works towards a firm intention and established on the four elements that bring connection between you and each of the Elements in the Universe – Earth, Water, Fire and Air. Each of these elements have their corresponding Chakra and group of muscles which you will explore through movement, breath and variety of movement. The class will close with a soundscape to clear and charge through healing frequencies

Slow Pillow Flow Fridays at 7:15pm until 8:15pm

Wind down for the weekend with soothing music and a mixture of gentle vinyasa and yin yoga, the perfect recipe for your Friday night in the studio, explore a new theme each week that will take you on a journey through the mind with the power of movement & the breath. This class will be supported by bolsters and other yoga props. You will also enjoy a temple massage in the relaxation part of this class.

Monthly Crystal Sound Bath

On the last Sunday of every month 6pm until 7pm

Join us at 6pm on the last Sunday of every month at Healing Haven for an evening of sound & connection as you explore the healing power of Crystal Singing Bowls. They create a range of sounds to restore the normal vibratory frequencies of diseased & out-of-harmony parts of the body, mind & soul. The notes of the crystal singing bowls correspond with each of the major chakras, keeping these centres balanced. This workshop is a beautiful way to close the month and set new intentions for the month ahead of you. You will get a herbal tea included in your workshop.
